So that you can make the most of the sun and the lovely views, each caravan has its own set of wooden outside chairs and a picnic table. The caravans are nestled amongst the trees, so if you prefer the shade then just move the chairs to where you want them.

Spacious accommodation for up to six people ...
All of the caravans accommodate up to six people - although of course the luxury caravans have much more space, with a much bigger comfortable lounge, and much larger dining area and kitchen, along with 3 bedrooms - it was quite a squeeze getting them through the local village and down our lane. If you don't mind paying that bit extra, you can spoil yourselves!

There are six standard 2 bedroom caravans ...
Our standard 2 bedroom caravans are all the same (28' x 10') and provide the following:
- Lounge with cosy gas fire, digital TV and DVD player
- Dining area to the side of the lounge
- Kitchen area with full-size gas cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and cupboards
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (not bunks), wardrobe and cupboards
- A dinette which converts into a double bed or 2 single berths in lounge
- Shower room, with basin, hot and cold water in all sinks and shower, flush toilet
- Well behaved pets welcome

Well equipped ...
All of the caravans are, of course, supplied with mains water and all gas, electricity, digital TV etc in the caravans is included in the price.
The caravans are all well equipped, with all cooking utensils, matching crockery and cutlery provided for six people in each caravan, also blankets and pillows - but no linen, eg sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels etc so you will need to bring these with you.

The laundry room - formerly a pig's house
There is a small laundry room (for everyone’s use), with a large deep sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron - all on meters; but all gas, digital TV, DVD and electricity in all caravans is included in the price.
The closest supermarket and selection of shops is found in the market town of South Molton, about 6 miles away.
The small picturesque village of Chittlehamholt is about 1¼ miles away with the "Exeter Inn" serving food and drinks and the Community Shop selling most of the shopping you really need, including tasty Devon butter, bacon, ham etc and some wonderful locally produced charcoal for a tasty barbeque.
The slightly larger village of Chittlehampton is about 3 miles away and here you'll find "The Bell" - an excellent and very friendly pub that serves meals - and "Chittlechatter Stores", the Chittlehampton village shop that sells papers and all that you need on a day to day basis, including bread, milk, eggs, clotted cream, very tasty bacon, ham and sausages etc.
